Payment & Refunds

All sales are processed by Shopify payments.  SERAC does not hold or have access to any of your payment information.

Due to the perishable nature of the product shipped from SERAC, no liability for damaged goods will be assumed by the seller if the package is allowed to defrost due to the customer not being in attendance at time of delivery or not re-freezing the product after delivery.

If you have any issues with deliveries from SERAC, please use the contcat form, or reply to the order email and you will be replied to within 24 hours.
